Over three structured months, we combine health counselship, tailored lifestyle practices, and grounding bodywork to restore balance to your daily rhythms. What’s Included: Session 1 (90 Mins): The Ayurvedic Consultation & Clarity Session — Comprehensive constitutional assessment (Dosha evaluation), intake of current daily routines, and initial wellness roadmap. Session 2 (75 Mins): Integrated Bodywork & Energy Practice — Targeted Ayurvedic bodywork paired with personalized & guided nervous system grounding somatic practices. Session 3 (60 Mins): Counselship & Lifestyle Integration — Review of progress, seasonal dietary adjustments, Dinacharya (daily routine) refinements, and long-term integration strategies.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. Because Ayurvedic bodywork services require dedicated preparation and equipment setup, we enforce the following cancellation policy for all online bookings: More than 48 hours' notice: Full refund or reschedule with no fee. 24 to 48 hours' notice: Cancellations or late reschedules may be subject to a 15% fee of the total service cost. Less than 24 hours / No Call & No Show: Less than 24 hour notice may result in a 50% charge of booked service. Missed appointments without prior notice are subject to be charged full amount. Emergencies & Special Circumstances We understand that unexpected emergencies arise. If an urgent situation prevents you from attending your session, please call us directly as soon as possible so we can review your situation with care. How to Cancel or Reschedule Please manage your booking directly through your online confirmation email or contact us via phone/email at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
